Divya Dikshit is a young and upcoming Kathak dancer creating a niche for herself in the realm of Indian Classical Dance.

She has been learning Kathak under the able guidance of Guru Smt. Yogini Gandhi at the Kalanidhi Institute for the past 14 years.

Having a good command over both the rhythmic (nritta) and emotive (nritya) aspects, Divya’s dance reflects the dignity found in her Guru’s style.

One of the lead dancers of the Kalanidhi troupe, She has performed at numerous concerts and lecture demonstrations presented by her Guru and also has to her credit a number of solo concerts.

Divya has won many state and national level competitions and is also a recipient of the prestigious Shringar Mani title conferred by the Sur Singar Samsad, Mumbai.
